Sproutcraft Creamery is a plant-based food company started by classically trained chef Christopher Rayman in Santa Barbara, CA. in 2015. Chef Rayman utilizes high-quality ingredients and artisanal cheese-making techniques to produce a variety of aged, 100% vegan cheese wheels. Sproutcraft cheese is infused with gourmet flavor and hand crafted with love to create a level of quality that we feel is absent from the plant-based, dairy alternative market.
